To my WLAN Adapter (Will list spec at end). The underlying issue appears to be that my Microsoft Network Hosted Virtual Adapter Driver is missing in Device Manager (when showing hidden drivers). Now I've looked everywhere online for a solution to my problem here. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation. Just check if there is something wrong with the hotspot settings related to network adapter or Microsoft hosted virtual adapter, Wi-Fi drivers, and Windows 10 Bluetooth.
